This essentially cultural trip introduces you to the three most popular destinations of India. Delhi, the country capital over centuries , Agra- the seat of power during the Mughal rule and home to the wonder of the world Taj-Mahal, and Jaipur - the architectural wonder founder by the great Hindu king Jai Singh , who was a great astronomer and town planner. The golden triangle tour provides a good insight into Northern India’s rich history, culture, cuisine and architecture.

Important Monuments of this tour

Amber Palace, Amber Town (Panna Meena Step Well), Jagat Shiromani Temple (with a local guide).

Major attraction inside the palace is the Sheesh-Mahal (Palace of mirrors) on account of its walls and ceilings which glitter with mirror and spangled work. It was built by Mirza Raja Jai Singh. After visiting the Amber fort you can continue to explore pink city of Jaipur and can visit other important land marks of Jaipur, which are Hawa-Mahal, City Palace Museum and Astronomical Observatory.

Itinerary

Day 01 : Arrival in Delhi

On arrival in Delhi our representative having a placard displaying your name will meet you at the airport to pick you up and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day is free at your leisure. Overnight at the hotel in Delhi.

Day 02 : Delhi City Tour (Old Delhi and New Delhi)

This morning after breakfast you will proceed for the Delhi sightseeing tour including Old Delhi and New Delhi. Visit Jama Masjid-the country’s largest mosque, Chandni Chowk and spice market & enjoy Rickshaw Ride in Chandni Chowk, then drive past the imposing Red Fort and pay visit to Raj Ghat-the memorial of Mahatma Gandhi. Continue to drive through the Parliament House, The President House and India Gate and visit the famous Lotus Temple of the Baha’i faith and the tallest tower of India called Qutub Minar. Overnight at the hotel in Delhi.

Day 03 : Delhi to Agra

This morning after breakfast you will be transferred to Mughal city Agra. Agra is a major tourist destination in North India because of its many Mughal-era buildings, most notably the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort. On arrival check in to your hotel. After fresh n up you will visit the famous Taj Mahal-the symbol of love, built by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal.(Taj Mahal Remains Closed on Every Friday) Later, visit the Agra fort and Taj-Mahal, built by the great Emperor Akbar. Rest of the day is free at your leisure. Overnight at the hotel in Agra.

Day 04 : Agra - Abhaneri- Jaipur (240 kms , 6 hrs)

Optional (Second) visit Taj Mahal at Sunrise & proceed to Jaipur via Abhaneri (Chand Baori) This early morning at sunrise you can visit the Taj Mahal-again (Optional visit). After visiting the Taj Mahal, return back to your hotel for fresh n up and breakfast. After breakfast you will proceed to Pink City Jaipur, en route you will visit the Chand Baori, a Step-well situated in the Abhaneri village on the way to Jaipur. This Chand Baori consists of 3,500 narrow steps over 13 stories. It extends approximately 30 m (100 ft) into the ground making it one of the deepest and largest Step wells in India. On arrival check in to your hotel. Rest of the day is free at your leisure. Overnight at the hotel in Jaipur. Optional Trip in Jaipur – If you feel well later in evening in Jaipur visit Govindevji Temple, dedicated to Shri Govind Devji (Local name of lord Krishna) and City Palace Museum and astronomical Observatory located next to Govind Devji Temple. The opening ceremony of this Temple complex is mesmerizing and marked with a lively and vibrant atmosphere. After attending the ceremony explore the busy markets of Jaipur (The Pink city) by walk and Cycle Rickshaws. Overnight stay in Hotel in Jaipur.

05 Day: Jaipur

This morning after breakfast you will visit the Amber fort nestling among Aravalli Hills built in 16th century by Raja Man Singh, enjoy an optional elephant ride at Amber fort. Later visit Jal Mahal (Water Palace) & Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds).it is the Jaipur’s most famous landmark. In the afternoon visit the City Palace Museum, Which was conceived and designed by Swai Jai Singh (The founder king of Jaipur) and is a fine blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. Walk to the adjacent Jantar-Mantar (Astronomical observatory).Rest of the day is at your leisure for rest or Shopping.You can visit the local markets for some window shopping. Jaipur is the most famous marketplace for Textiles, Handicrafts and jewellery. Overnight at the hotel in Jaipur.

Day 06 : Jaipur to Delhi / Abroad

After a free morning and breakfast proceed you will be transferred back to Delhi to Hotel of your choice or airport for your onward journey. If you are planning to visit any other destination of India, you can get Flight/Train connection from Jaipur to almost all the important cities of India. Jaipur is also having International Airport, so you can also try to get direct international flight from Jaipur to other countries and other important cities of India.
